Through weekly sessions, powerful mindset work, and consistent support, this program is designed to guide you through deep emotional healing, inner transformation, and the creation of a more empowered life on your terms.

- 12 Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions. Trauma informed, heart-centered sessions, tailored to your story, needs, and goals.
- Healing & Mindset tools between sessions. Journaling prompts, exercises, guided affirmations, or reflection practices each week.
